Spread 1 whole-grain tortilla flat. Add a thin layer of mayo or hummus across the center third.

Stack 3 oz sliced turkey, 1 slice cheddar, ½ cup chopped romaine, and a few baby carrots cut lengthwise.

Coach's notes
- Whole-grain tortilla matters. White flour wraps disappear from the body in an hour.
