Load the blender
Add 1 frozen banana (peel first, freeze the night before), 1 cup frozen mixed berries, ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup milk, 1 handful baby spinach, 1 tbsp honey.

Blend on high for 45 seconds until completely smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides if it gets stuck.

Pour into a tall glass. Drink within 5 minutes, the texture changes if it sits.

- Spinach disappears completely behind the berries. Promise.
- Use frozen fruit, not ice. Better texture, more flavor.
